Christianah Here…
Hi
I didn’t come into personal branding because it was trendy. I came here because I kept watching highly capable people stay invisible while others with less depth, less skill, and less experience kept getting picked for opportunities.
I saw it repeatedly:
People don’t get rewarded based on effort and skills alone. They get rewarded based on perception, positioning, and clarity.
People don’t always choose the best option, they choose the one they understand, remember, and trust. And whether we like it or not, people still judge the book by its cover — especially online. The online space is crowded. Attention spans are shorter. Competition is louder. Posting more without a clear foundation only adds noise. That realization shaped everything that followed.
